LADY STARS

Our lady stars program (Grades 4-12) IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO achieve 4 goals:

1. Skill Improvement: Enhance fundamental basketball skills, including ball handling, dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, moving without the ball, defense, and court awareness.

2. Physical Conditioning: Improve basketball-specific physical conditioning, including speed, agility, reaction time, and explosiveness.

3. Team-Building and Sportsmanship: Engage participants in team-building activities to foster teamwork and sportsmanship.

4. Mental Preparation: Prepare players mentally for competitive play, instilling confidence and strategic thinking.

Fall programs

Train alongside a focused small group, ensuring each players gets personalized attention from the coaching staff.

This monthly program has a “Skill-Specific Focus.” Players Work on all aspects of the game, including dribbling, shooting, passing, footwork, and defense. Training is specifically designed to target all skill levels whether you're player is a beginner or a more advanced player looking to take their game to the next level.

In these 60-minue sessions, players are able to work on skills that are specifically tailored to their experience level and ability with the full attention of a Manzer certified trainer.
