Small Group Training
Our small group training sessions are typically 60 minutes in length and offer a healthy mix of individual skill development along with game-like competition to assist in applying what is being learned.
Individual Skill Work – Players are put through high intensity and purposeful skills training for 30 – 40 minutes of the session. We focus on developing proper footwork, angles of attack, and reading the defense.
Competition – This allows the players to put what they’ve learned into action. Players will be placed in game type scenarios and coached while they compete and put their skills to the test at game speed.
Players will have the opportunity to train and compete with players of their skill level and ability. Groups will not exceed 6 players.
