Max Athlete

This program is designed for any athlete who is looking to improve their reaction time, add inches to their vertical, and become a more explosive athlete. These sessions will be led by Darion Elmore, Manzer’s Athletic Performance Lead Trainer.

Max Athlete (Sign up Monthly) 
For a low rate of $60 per month, each player will receive:

  • Two 45 to minute group training sessions per week with our Lead Athletic Performance Trainer, Darion Elmore. The focus for this program is to increase an athletes explosiveness, reaction time and body mobility/stability. *You can cancel membership at anytime*

The Max Athlete schedule will be as follows:
Tuesdays and Thursdays @ the Myrtle Beach Sports Center
4:30-5:30:   7th to 12th grade
