Individual/Small Group Training

Lead Trainer Justin Wakefield will be offering Individual Training sessions and Small Group Training Sessions on a weekly basis. In order to register, sign up on the payment tab and contact to schedule your session.

Individual Training – 60 minutes of detailed training that is tailored to each individual player. Players will be taught and trained on proper footwork, shooting form, dribble moves and game situation scoring. Individual training is a great way for players to elevate their game, as one player receives all the repetition, teaching and training.

Small Group Training РThis group session is for 2-6 players. This is 60 minutes of training that allows for players to learn from each other while working on specific skills of ball handling, shooting, and passing. Group sessions also allow for players to compete within the workout and put what they are learning to the test.
